Kodak PlayTouch Video Camera (Silver) Review

This is definitely mini camcorder not a camera, you do not go around with a $700 camcorder and take pictures, nor do you go around with your camera and take videos. These reviews are unitellegent and don't accurately depict the functionality of this product. It is intended to be a quick snap and go for recording videos, and for that it truly does work very nicely. I had this camcorder about a month and it works. The SOFTWARE UPGRADE resolved all the issues customers had with it. Kodak has taken the time to answer every one that gave the camera an unfavorable review. How are you going to possibly say that's bad customer care?

When i attend a concert and a guy is singing I'll record it if i enjoy it. If I see something laughable while walking the streets or a guy playing music inside the subway, I am going to record it, if I want to do a short documentary, video of a child or dog I will record it. That's what I Mean by snap and go. It's easy, it is accessible and it serves its purpose!

For anyone who wish to do more advanced recording, this camcorder has a lot more functions over a lot of other mini camcorder available on the market. You can attach an external microphone for enhanced audio, and also a tripod to have stable images; it has a expandable memory card slot and BOOM major up grade. What else can you ask for?

Do not expect this camcorder to shoot 3D movie quality movies it does an excellent job in 720 and good job in 1080 . And for those reviewing it to the zi8 its an upgrade to it hence zi10.. to the play sport.. DUHH this camcorder is not absorbent if you want water proof buy the play sport.. FIVE STARS HANDS DOWN
