The Metrokane Rabbit Wine Aerating Pourer allows us to have a newly opened wine bottle immediately, rather than looking forward to it to breathe.
We tested the aerator on a red plus a white wine so we could definitely differentiate. (Although technically I think they make separate aerators for whites and reds.)
The aerated wine was very smooth with virtually no acidic finish. The non-aerated wine was a lot harsher by having an acidic finish. The flavors and scents were noticeably different also.
It had been fun to accomplish our own at-home taste test, and we'll definitely use this Metrokane Rabbit Wine Aerating Pourer when we have friends over for a party.
Please be aware: I used to be personally concerned with the aerator leaking, not fitting the bottle, or becoming hard to remove. I used to be amazed to locate that none of the were a challenge.
